Department Director Offshore Wind Support Structure Design at Goldwind

Rongfu Li is an experienced professional in offshore wind support structure design, currently serving as the Department Director at Goldwind since April 2018. Responsibilities include overseeing the design of fixed and floating support structures, integrating tower and foundation design, and conducting research on innovative cost reduction technologies. Prior to this role, Rongfu Li was the Offshore Wind Support-Structure Team Leader at Goldwind Science & Technology Beijing, focusing on structural and hydrodynamic analysis and assessment of offshore operations from January 2017 to April 2018. Rongfu Li began the career as an Offshore Wind Engineer at Goldwind Science and Technology from October 2010 to 2016, managing national-funded projects related to offshore floating wind turbines. Academic credentials include a PhD in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Ocean Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
