Claudia Marazita

Claudia Marazita has a diverse work experience in human resources and workforce engagement. Claudia currently serves as the Head of Workforce Engagement at Golf Australia. Prior to this, they worked as a People & Culture Business Partner at The Royal Melbourne Hospital. Claudia also held various roles at Court Services Victoria, including Human Resources Business Partner, HR Officer, and HR Support Officer. Claudia had a career break in 2019 before joining News Corp Australia as a Talent Acquisition Associate. Claudia also worked as a Project Consultant at Deloitte, HR Administration Assistant at BreastScreen Victoria, HR Officer at The Lost Dogs' Home, HR Assistant at the Stroke Foundation, and HR Administrator at IXOM.

Claudia Marazita completed their Master of Management (Human Resources) degree at Melbourne Business School from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Psychology from the University of Melbourne between 2014 and 2017. Claudia also holds a Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) from Penleigh and Essendon Grammar School. In addition, they received certification in Workforce Relations from the Australian Institute of Management in 2021.
