Roger Iapicco

Senior Director, Partnership Initiatives at Golf Channel

Roger Iapicco has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Roger started their career as a Press Office Intern at the Office of Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney in 2005. From there, they became an Assistant Media Strategist at Prometheus in 2007. Roger then worked as a Media Strategist and Supervisor of Strategy at OMD from 2008 to 2010. Following that, they served as a Media Manager at Mindshare from 2010 to 2011.

In 2011, Roger joined Sports Illustrated as a Client Marketing Manager and later became an Associate Director and then a Director of Integrated Marketing. Roger also worked as a Marketing Director at Golf Magazine from 2015 to 2016.

Currently, Roger holds positions at Golf Channel, where they started as a Director of Digital Partnership Initiatives in 2016 and was promoted to Senior Director of Partnership Initiatives in 2021.

Roger Iapicco earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication from Iona University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Following that, they pursued their Master of Arts degree in Journalism at Emerson College, where they attended from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Roger obtained two certifications: "Marketing Foundations: Customer Decision Journey" and "Business Development Foundations" from LinkedIn, in December 2021 and July 2021, respectively.
