Luke Kerr-Dineen has had a diverse range of work experiences in the media industry. Luke began their career as a Breaking News Desk Intern at USA TODAY in 2011. From there, they moved on to work as an Editorial Assistant at Newsweek/The Daily Beast, where they managed Twitter updates and grew the audience to over 1 million followers. Luke then joined Golf Digest in 2013 as an Associate Editor, producing various content across platforms and participating in the development of a new company-wide CMS. In 2015, Luke joined USA TODAY again, this time as a Senior Social News Editor. Luke played a significant role in producing high-performing, user-friendly, multimedia content and implementing strategic approaches to optimize user experience. In 2018, Luke became the Content Director of Service Journalism at GOLF Magazine/GOLF.com, where they continued to demonstrate their expertise in the industry. Most recently, in 2022, Luke joined Golf Digest as a Senior Editor, overseeing PLAY and Game Improvement content. Throughout their career, Luke has consistently contributed to the success and growth of the media organizations they have been a part of.

Luke Kerr-Dineen pursued their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and History from the University of South Carolina-Beaufort, which they completed between 2008 and 2012. Following this, they attended Columbia University from 2012 to 2013, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Journalism.
