Matthias Gräf has a diverse work experience in various fields. Matthias started in 2007 as an intern in PwC's Advisory Financial Services department. In 2008, they had a brief summer internship at Booz Allen Hamilton, focusing on strategy consulting. In 2010, they became a Senior Consultant at Booz & Company, where they worked until 2012. That same year, they founded STARTPLATZ, an incubator and meeting point for the start-up scene in Cologne, where they also served as CEO. Also in 2012, Gräf became the CEO of Golf Post, the largest independent online magazine for golfers in Germany. Prior to their professional career, they worked as a student assistant at Globalpark AG from 2005 to 2010.
Matthias Gräf attended the University of Cologne from 2005 to 2009, where they pursued a Diploma in Business Administration. Additionally, they furthered their studies at the Asian Institute of Management from 2007 to 2008, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
