Golf Sherpa is a digital-first platform that removes the stress and complexity of organising golfing events. We combine a guided planning process with an integrated event management app that handles scheduling, payments, and scoring/tracking in one place.

The business was built upon first-hand experience of the disjointed and time-consuming nature of organising golfing events. Existing operators and tracking apps focus on singular aspects rather than the full experience, leaving organisers to manage logistics, communications, and coordination themselves.

Golf Sherpa solves this market gap by offering a complete organisation solution. Our platform supports groups of all sizes, with emphasis on larger travel groups (16+ persons) and multi-day events (60+ persons). We also support golf clubs, resorts, and organisations by providing tools and expertise to deliver high-quality events.

Once your group booking is confirmed (whether it’s a weekend getaway, overseas tour, or society day) Golf Sherpa pulls all the key details into the app: tee times, course info, group lists, and itineraries.

From there, your group members can join the trip via a unique link or code, view the schedule, manage RSVPs, and even pay their share if needed. On game day, the app becomes your live scoring hub, betting sheet, and digital clubhouse, tracking scores, side games, and group chats in real time. After the event, everyone can review their stats, relive the highlights, and start planning the next round.

It’s one platform, one app, and zero stress for organisers and players alike.
