Gulnaz Kaur began their work experience in 2014 as a Customer Service Executive at Hero BPO. In 2015, they joined Asia Inspection PVT LTD as a Client servicing supervisor, where they handled various responsibilities such as initiating new projects and serving active clients. Gulnaz also supported the integration of acquired companies. In 2021, Gulnaz joined Thriwe as an Assistant Manager Client Services and later moved up to the role of Senior Manager - Client Servicing in 2022.

Gulnaz Kaur completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Bharati Vidyapeeth between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature, General from Delhi University, from 2011 to 2014.
