Mehul Ashara

Mehul Ashara has an extensive work experience spanning over several years and industries. Mehul started their career as a Branch Manager at Future Generali India Life Insurance in 2007 and worked there for four years. Mehul then joined Idea Cellular Ltd as the CRS Head, where they were responsible for establishing company-owned stores and managing various aspects of the business. In 2015, they transitioned to Khetia Drapers Ltd as a General Manager and held the position for two years.

In 2019, Mehul took on the role of Chief Executive Officer at Summer Ltd, a leading FMCG distribution company in Kenya. Mehul successfully led the company and held the position until the end of 2020. Concurrently, they also served as the CEO of Summer Ltd in the same period.

In 2021, Mehul ventured into the music industry and founded Guitar Karma, an online platform for guitar lessons. Mehul served as the Founder of the company until 2022. Later that year, they joined Thriwe as the Head of Operations and Head of Distribution. In 2023, they became the Vice President of Thriwe.

More recently, Mehul founded Rock & Blues Music Workshop and Guitar Karma in 2023.

Mehul Ashara completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from Siddaganga Institute Of Technology (Official) in the years 1992 to 1996.
