Customer Relationship Management Specialist at GolfLAN

Rahul Mani began their work experience in January 2020 as a Help Desk Specialist at Jabra Connect, a joint venture between Innova and GN Group. In this role, they were responsible for handling IT logistic product dispatch to various regions in India, managing customer and third-party dispatch interfaces, handling emails and escalations, and maintaining customer relationships. Rahul held this position until January 2022.

Then, in April 2022, Rahul joined Thriwe as a Customer Relationship Management Specialist.

Rahul Mani completed their Matriculation degree in Science and Economics at St Joseph Convent, Chittranjan, from 1995 to 2005. Rahul then pursued their Intermediate degree in PCMB at Chittranjan Das English Medium School, from 2005 to 2007. Lastly, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Hindustan College of Science and Technology, from 2007 to 2011.
