Director Of Nutrition, Health, And Safety at GOLIAD INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT

Dustin Meaux, M.Ed. has a diverse work experience in the education sector. Dustin currently serves as the Director of Nutrition, Health, and Safety at Goliad Independent School District since July 2022. Prior to this, they were an Assistant Principal at Goliad High School from August 2021 to July 2022. Dustin also worked as the Dean of Students at Goliad Middle School from July 2020 to April 2022. In addition, they have experience as a Co-Offensive Coordinator and Head Powerlifting Coach at Goliad Independent School District from July 2019 to July 2020. Before joining Goliad ISD, they served as an Offensive Coordinator and Recruiting Coordinator at Victoria West High School from March 2016 to July 2019. Dustin also worked as an Assistant Athletic Director and Head Football Coach at St. Joseph High School in Victoria, TX from July 2014 to March 2016. Furthermore, they gained teaching and coaching experience as a Teacher/Coach at Victoria West High School from January 2012 to July 2014 and as a Powerlifter at USAPL since July 2011.

Dustin Meaux, M.Ed., began their educational journey in 2003 at Texas Lutheran University where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Pre-Physical Therapy Studies. Dustin completed this program in 2007, marking an important milestone in their academic trajectory.
