Luk Kam Fan

Mr. LUK Kam Fan, Jimmy, has been an independent non-executive director of the Company since 2022, currently is a member of the audit committee, remuneration committee and nomination committee of the Company. Mr. Luk holds a Degree of Bachelor of Art (Hons) in Economics majoring in finance and accounting from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom. He is an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute Certified Public Accountants and a corporate consultant working on his own in both Hong Kong and Australia. He has over 25 years of experience and exposure in the accounting, auditing, taxation and corporate advisory services.
