Pang Chi To

Mr. Pang Chi To has been an Executive Director of the Company and the chief technology officer of the Group since 2021. He is assigned to look after several member business operations, coordinate with technical specialists for maintenance work for major machinery and equipment of the Group and obtain from time to time the latest information regarding steel/metal value-added production process technology/methodology for the Group. Mr. Pang joined as a sales engineer in the Group’s welded wire mesh division early in 2001, since then worked in different business operations particularly in the areas to study, update, recommend and coordinate procurement, installation, and maintenance work for major machinery and equipment for the Group’s steel/metal value-added production process, at the time of this appointment, he already held directorship for several member companies of the Group. Mr. Pang holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical), graduated from the University of Sydney, Australia. He is a member of the Industry & Technology Committee of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce and a director in General Committee of the Hong Kong Metal Merchants Association in Hong Kong; he is also a member of the HKSAR Liaison Group of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference Heshan City Municipal Committee and an executive president in Council Committee and the president in Youth Committee of the Jiangmen Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment in Mainland China. Mr. Pang is the son of Mr. Pang Tak Chung MH, the Chairman, and the brother of Ms. Pang Wan Ping, an Executive Director of the Company.
