Nicole N. has extensive work experience in the fields of HR and Talent Acquisition. Nicole began their career in 2008, working in various advertising and public relations agencies. In these roles, they acted as a strategic business partner, driving HR and Talent Acquisition initiatives and supporting engagement, talent, and retention strategies. Nicole also played a key role in developing strong and meaningful company cultures. In 2021, they joined Golin as the VP, Director of Talent Acquisition Lead for the Western Region and Canada.

Nicole N. completed their Bachelor's degree in Communications from California State University, Fullerton in 2005. Nicole also holds a certification in PHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
