Scott Schwartz has been working in the legal field since 1995. Scott began their career as an Attorney at Woodcock Washburn and then moved to Intel Corporation in 1998 as a Senior Attorney. In 2002, they became a Shareholder at Cozen O'Connor. In 2012, they founded the legal department at Dansko and served as General Counsel. In 2021, they became General Counsel at Mishimoto and in 2022 they became Corporate Counsel at GOLO, LLC.

Scott Schwartz attended the University at Buffalo School of Law from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained their Juris Doctor (JD) degree in the field of Juris Doctor. Prior to that, they attended American University from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Law and Society. Scott also attended Tuxedo Park School from 1979 to 1981, as well as George F. Baker Tuxedo High School, Tuxedo High School, and Tuxedo High School.
