Tim Conway

Tim Conway has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as Vice President of Property Management at Golub & Company since December 2005, where responsibilities include overseeing commercial properties. Previous roles at Golub & Company involved managing a commercial portfolio and serving as General Manager for a 2 million square foot mixed-use property. Prior experience includes property management positions at Draper and Kramer and Community Specialists, overseeing residential properties ranging from new constructions to high-rise buildings. Tim Conway also excelled as an Account Manager at Thyssen Krupp Elevator, achieving the top sales position by managing numerous downtown accounts. Tim Conway began a career in property management in 1995 after earning a BA in Philosophy from the University of Illinois Chicago in 1994.
