Drew Gerding

Drew Gerding has a comprehensive work experience in various HR roles. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Human Resources Intern at Hotel Blackhawk. In 2015, they had an internship at Mesirow Financial before joining Vedder Price as an HRIS Specialist. Drew returned to Mesirow Financial in 2015 as a Human Resources Intern. At Mesirow Financial, they progressed to roles including HR Operations Associate, Senior HR Operations Associate, and Assistant Vice President, HR Systems & Reporting. Most recently, in 2021, Gerding joined Golub Capital as a Senior Associate, HRIS, Data & Reporting.

Drew Gerding has a diverse education history. From 2010 to 2014, they attended St. Ambrose University and obtained two Bachelor of Arts (BA) degrees, one in Finance and another in Economics. In 2015, they enrolled at DePaul Driehaus College of Business and completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources in 2016. Currently, Drew Gerding is studying at the Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and is expected to graduate in 2023 with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
