Joseph M. Capasso

Joseph M. Capasso is a seasoned professional in finance and law with extensive experience in leveraged finance and corporate banking. Currently serving as Managing Director at Golub Capital since March 2017, Capasso previously held the role of Senior Associate in the Leveraged Finance group at White & Case LLP from April 2016 to March 2017. Prior to that, Capasso worked as Vice President and Counsel at Jefferies from March 2014 to March 2016, and was a Finance Associate at White & Case LLP from November 2009 to March 2014. Joseph M. Capasso began a distinguished career as a pilot for the United States Air Force from July 1996 to June 2006, where notable achievements included participation in Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Capasso earned a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from St. John's University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, in Political Science from the United States Air Force Academy.
