Kurt Gutfrucht

Kurt Gutfrucht, CPA, currently serves as the Manager of International Tax at Golub Capital since April 2023. Previously, Kurt held the position of Manager of Tax Strategy at Walgreens Boots Alliance from January 2022 to April 2023, focusing on federal M&A tax planning and strategy. Kurt's career began at KPMG, where expertise was developed as a Senior Associate in international tax from January 2013 to May 2016. Following this, Kurt advanced at RSM US LLP, progressing from Senior Associate to Supervisor and ultimately to Manager in the International Tax department from May 2016 to December 2021. Kurt earned a Master’s Degree in Tax Law/Taxation with distinction from the DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a cum laude Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Valparaiso University.
