Lauren Stroner

Lauren Stroner began their work experience in 2018 as a Food and Beverage Cashier at Gnarly Knots Pretzel Co. In 2020, they worked as a Tutor at North Central College and also as a Market Researcher at Label Insight for a brief period. In 2022, they joined Mintel as an Accounting Associate - Collections Specialist. Currently, they are working at Golub Capital as a Junior Analyst since February 2023.

Lauren Stroner began their education journey in 2017 at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they pursued studies without obtaining a degree or specifying a field of study. In 2019, they enrolled at North Central College and completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Entrepreneurship in 2021. Following this, in 2022, Lauren attended Dominican University for a short period to pursue a post-baccalaureate program in Nutrition and Dietetics, but did not obtain a degree.

In terms of additional certifications, Lauren obtained the Certified Dietary Manager, Certified Food Protection Professional (CDM-CFPP) certification from Always Food Safe in September 2022. Additionally, in November 2020, they earned the BMC Certification from Bloomberg LP.
