Matt Donner

Cfo, Private Fund Accounting at Golub Capital

Matt Donner has a strong background in finance and accounting, with over 15 years of experience in various roles. Matt started their career at Crowe Chizek as a Senior Accountant from September 2003 to October 2005. From there, they joined Bank of America and LaSalle Bank as an Auditor - Senior II from October 2005 to March 2008.

In 2008, Matt joined Golub Capital, where they held multiple positions over the years. Matt initially served as a Senior Financial Accountant from March 2008 to January 2011 before being promoted to Controller. Matt continued in this role from February 2011 to January 2019. Later, they became the Senior Controller at Golub Capital from February 2019 to November 2022. Currently, they hold the position of CFO, Private Fund Accounting at Golub Capital starting in November 2022.

Matt Donner completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accountancy at the University of Notre Dame from 1998 to 2003. Matt then pursued further education and obtained a Masters of Science in Accountancy from the same institution in 2002 to 2003.
