Mike Park

Mike Park has an extensive work experience in the technology field. Mike is currently working at Golub Capital as an Assistant Vice President - Technology Solutions since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at CIBC U.S. starting in August 2008. At CIBC U.S., they held the roles of Senior Manager Desktop Support- US Region / Managing Director from March 2020 to May 2022, and IT User Support Manager / Managing Director from August 2008 to March 2020. Before joining CIBC U.S., Mike worked at Covenant Retirement Communities as a Technology Support Manager from May 2006 to August 2008. Mike'searlier experience includes working at Houghton Mifflin Co. as an Information Technology Support Supervisor from May 2001 to December 2005.

Mike Park received a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from Northeastern Illinois University in 2006. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career, including the Certified Help Desk Professional in 2001, Certified Team Lead in 2004, Certified Support Center Manager in 2007, ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management in 2014, Support Center Director in 2016, and RLF (Regional Leadership Forum) from the Society for Information Management in 2018.
