Nick Ludwig

Nick Ludwig has a strong background in data engineering and banking. Nick is currently working as a Vice President, Azure Data Engineer at Golub Capital since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Microsoft as a Senior Consultant for Azure Data & AI Solutions from July 2021 to April 2023, where they led teams in designing and building global data platforms and migrating legacy platforms to Azure. Before Microsoft, they were a Consultant, Data Engineer at Avanade from January 2021 to July 2021, where they were involved in an Azure lift and shift Fortune 500 project. In terms of their banking experience, Nick worked at First Midwest Bank as a Special Assets Officer from November 2020 to January 2021, a Small Business Lending Specialist from March 2018 to November 2020, a Branch Manager from April 2017 to March 2018, a Personal Banker Sales Team Lead from April 2016 to March 2017, and a Consumer Banking Representative from October 2014 to March 2016. Additionally, they gained experience as a Personal Banker at Huntington National Bank from 2012 to 2014 and as an Assistant Branch Manager at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2010 to 2012.

Nick Ludwig has a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration & Communication from Aquinas College - Grand Rapids, which they completed from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their academic degrees, Nick has also obtained two certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate from Microsoft in August 2022 and Microsoft Technology Associate: Database Administration Fundamentals (MTA) from Microsoft in February 2020.
