Robert Marks

Robert Marks has a solid work experience in the field of compliance. Robert is currently working as a Senior Manager of Compliance at Golub Capital since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Compliance Director at BDT & Company, LLC from August 2020 to December 2021. Before that, they worked at Golub Capital as a Compliance Manager from March 2019 to July 2020 and as a Compliance Officer from July 2017 to March 2019. Robert also worked at Northern Trust Corporation as a Second Vice President of Compliance from July 2014 to July 2017.

Robert Marks completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Financial and Commercial Regulation from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Philosophy, Politics & Economics (PPE) from Carroll University in 2013.
