Steve Mower

Steve Mower is an experienced professional currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Technology Solutions at Golub Capital since September 2025. Mower also holds the position of Product Manager and Head of eCommerce at Archway Pet, starting in January 2022. Prior to these roles, Mower worked at PGIM Private Capital from January 2020 to September 2025 as a Senior Business Analyst and previously as a Business Analyst. Mower's career began in the US Navy, serving from January 2014 to January 2020 in various capacities, including Team Leader and Naval Aircrewman Avionics. Additional experience includes roles at UIC EMS and United Security Services. Mower is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, expected to complete in 2024, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Illinois Chicago, obtained in 2012.
