Summer Desloge

Summer Desloge is a legal professional with extensive experience in private equity and contract management. Currently serving as a Staff Attorney and Contracts Manager at Golub Capital since July 2025, Summer previously held the position of Private Equity Associate at Jones Day from October 2021 to July 2025. Summer contributed to the Notre Dame Journal of Legislation as Executive Articles Editor from June 2020 to May 2021. Additional experience includes a Summer Associate role at Jones Day in 2020 and a judicial externship at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in 2019. Early career experience includes a position as a Trade Analyst at Watlow from September 2017 to June 2018. Summer earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Notre Dame Law School in May 2021 and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Political Science from Clemson University in 2017.
