Tim K.

Tim K. has a diverse work experience in the finance industry, starting in 2004. Tim began their career at McKinsey & Company as a Business Analyst, working there for two years before joining D. E. Shaw & Co., L.P. in 2006. At D. E. Shaw, Tim participated in a generalist rotation program before focusing on distressed credit and opportunistic portfolio acquisitions. Tim worked there for five years.

In 2011, Tim joined Golub Capital as an investment professional focused on opportunistic credit strategies. Tim currently serves as the Managing Director and Head of ESG, leading Golub Capital's ESG program. Tim also was involved in the product specialist team, developing investor-facing content and messaging for private credit funds.

Additionally, Tim has adjunct teaching experience at the Sy Syms School of Business, where they worked from 2013 to 2016. Overall, Tim has a wealth of experience in finance and a strong background in credit strategies and ESG.
