William Ceballos

William Ceballos has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. William started their career as a Network Manager at Employer Plan Administrators and Consultants, where they were responsible for server administration, security, and troubleshooting. William also played a role in strategic planning and managed Y2K LAN policies and procedures.

Following this, Ceballos worked as a Senior System Engineer at DePaul, where they designed, implemented, and maintained CTI labs with various operating systems. William also managed a team of technology support workers and provided training on hardware, software, and troubleshooting. William was also involved in Windows migrations and utilized Windows technologies to ensure a secure and stable environment for end users.

Later, they joined Childrens Memorial Hospital as a Senior Technical Analyst, and then transitioned to Matlock Capital, LLC as a Senior Operations Analyst. In these roles, they provided operational support and worked with trading, development, and financial engineering groups.

Ceballos then joined Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago as a Senior Software Engineer, where they were responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the Citrix environment.

William also worked as an Imprivata OneSign Implementation Engineer at Experis, where they provided guidance, training, and best practices to customers deploying Imprivata products. Ceballos executed project tasks, integrated Imprivata with customer infrastructure, and enhanced functionality using various scripts. William also contributed to project documentation and resolved any issues that arose during engagements.

Most recently, Ceballos joined Golub Capital as a Senior Analyst, starting in 2022.

William Ceballos completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology. William attended this institution from 1996 to 2001. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from DePaul University, where they studied from 2001 to 2006.

In terms of additional certifications, William obtained the "Onesign Certified Administrator" certification from Imprivata in October 2020. Additionally, they received the "Epic Client Systems Administration - Hyperspace Web, Interconnect, and System Pulse" certification from Epic in August 2020.
