Vineet Gosrani currently serves as the Director of Operations at Goma Group, focusing on international business development, operations, product development, special projects, and digital marketing since April 2022. Previously, Vineet worked as a Quality Engineer at NLB Corporation, where significant contributions included improving operational efficiency, quality issue resolution, and project documentation for manufacturing processes. Prior experiences include a Quality Engineering Internship at Detroit Manufacturing Systems, a Student Lean Consultant role at Zingerman's, and internships at Larsen & Toubro and Jay Precision Products. Vineet holds a Master of Engineering in Manufacturing from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Technology in Production Engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute.
