Jim Grace has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Jim began their career at REI, where they worked as a Sales Manager at various retail locations. During this time, they were responsible for recruiting, training, and managing teams of up to 40 employees.

In 2023, Jim joined GoMacro as the Director of Sales - Natural & Specialty. As part of their role, they lead the sales team and is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales in the natural and specialty market.
