David González Gálvez

David González Gálvez is a partner in the Corporate/M&A department at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo since September 2002, specializing in M&A, private equity, venture capital, and restructuring within the technology, infrastructure, and energy sectors. As the head of the New York office, David leads a team that focuses on Spanish-law transactional work across various industries. Additionally, David serves as the National Representative of Spain at the International Bar Association's Young Lawyers Committee, fostering connections among young legal professionals. David's prior experience includes positions as a foreign associate at Pinheiro Neto Advogados, legal counsel at Santander Private Banking, and of counsel for Unión Fenosa Internacional. David's education includes a Licenciatura de Derecho from Universidad Pontificia Comillas, a Doctorado en Derecho Civil from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and several advanced programs at prestigious institutions such as Fordham University and IE Business School.
