Diego Rubio

Diego Rubio is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as an Analista de Gestión Humana at Gómez-Pinzón since August 2015. Responsibilities include the programming, development, and execution of training and development plans, as well as support in evaluating competencies and performance. Diego also coordinates the execution of occupational health and safety programs and oversees recruitment processes. Prior roles include supporting recruitment and selection at Pinilla González & Prieto Abogados and gaining practical experience in organizational psychology at the POLICIA NACIONAL DE COLOMBIA. Diego holds a Master's degree in Strategic Management of Human Resources and a Specialist degree in Human Talent Management from Universidad Sergio Arboleda, along with a diploma in Competency-Based Selection and Evaluation and a Psychology degree from Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Dios.
