Tom Meades

Tom Meades is a Co-Founder and Designer at gomi, a company focused on circular product design and consumer electronics, contributing to the transition towards a waste-free economy since January 2018. In addition to this role, Tom serves as an Associate Lecturer in Responsible Design at the University of Brighton, where teaching responsibilities include sustainable design principles. Tom's experience includes judging the Global Design Graduate Show for ARTSTHREAD and mentoring at Plus X innovation hubs. Previously, Tom held positions such as Head of Design at Zero Waste Club, where the mission centered on producing sustainable household products, and Visiting Lecturer roles at various institutions. Tom earned a Bachelor of Arts in 3D Design and Craft from the University of Brighton and holds a foundation degree in Art and Design from Hereford College of Arts.
