Jessamin Cipollina has a diverse work experience that started in 2014 as an undergraduate counseling intern for Growth and Development Services. Throughout the years, they have held various roles such as lab member/intern for the Center for Health, Identity, Behavior and Prevention Studies (CHIBPS), measurement science intern for the Council for Aid to Education (CAE), and research assistant and coordinator for the Center on Violence and Recovery. Jessamin'smost recent work experiences include being a program manager for Oral Health Nursing Education and Practice, website editor for the National Association of Community and Restorative Justice, and client services team member for GoMo Health.

Jessamin Cipollina completed their high school education at Coginchaug Regional High School from 2007 to 2011. After that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Art from Pace University NYC in 2015. In the same year, they also pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Art from Regents American College London. Later, they enrolled at New York University and completed their Master's Degree in Human Development and Social Intervention from 2015 to 2017.
