Emily Hone

Emily Hone serves as the Customer Success Lead at Olo since July 2021, previously holding positions as Customer Success Senior Manager and Customer Success Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Operations Manager at Vertoe, where operational leadership contributed to the substantial increase in locations from 200 to over 800 and maintained high customer satisfaction ratings. Prior to Vertoe, Emily worked as Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at ibidmobile.net, focusing on supporting nonprofit fundraising projects and driving client retention through innovative processes. Earlier experience includes serving as Catering Captain at Star Staffing. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Arts and Art History from SUNY New Paltz and a web design certificate from General Assembly.
