Jessica Danielson

User Experience Consultant at Gomoll Research & Design

Jessica Danielson has over 8 years of work experience. Jessica began their career in 2013 as a Team Lead Intern for Applied Behavior Intervention Services. In this role, they led a team of undergraduates in providing in-home therapy for children diagnosed with autism, developed treatment procedures to teach functional skills, and used the Assessment of Basic Language and Learning Skills. In 2014, they became a Lead Behavior Therapist at Autism Matters, where they managed clinical documents, tracked and organized behavioral data, and prepared stimuli for clients on caseload. Jessica also conducted family skills training sessions and staff training sessions. In 2015, they held two positions, Sales Associate at Columbia Sportswear and Psychologist/Lead Behavior Analysis at ABA Action. In 2016, they were a User Experience Research Student at Prime Digital Academy, where they completed an immersion course focusing on user research, evaluation, and prototyping for web apps and native mobile apps through case studies and client projects. Jessica also completed a solo project for the MPLS Downtown Improvement District, creating solutions for gaining citizen engagement through the use of Beacon and Geofencing technology. In 2017, they became a User Experience Researcher at Best Buy. Finally, in 2018, they began their current role as a User Experience Researcher at PointClickCare.

Jessica Danielson received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology/Behavior Analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 2014. In 2016, they obtained a User Experience Design Certification from Prime Digital Academy. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from mypath.io, Skillshare, Lynda.com, and Springboard.
