Jessica Krowiorz

Jessica Krowiorz has held a variety of roles in the UX field, beginning in 2000 as a Programmer/Analyst at American Medical Security. In 2004, they moved to American Express Property Casualty as an Intranet Content and Design Specialist, and then in 2005 they became Regional E-Commerce Manager - Midwest at Staples Business Advantage. In 2006, they joined Direct Supply as a User Experience Designer and Senior Product Manager. In 2011, they became User Experience Strategist at Johnson Controls, and in 2014 they became a User Experience Design Consultant at Gomoll Research + Design, Inc. (GRD).

Jessica Krowiorz obtained their Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from St. Norbert College between 1996 and 2000. In 2008, they obtained a Certified Usability Analyst certification from Human Factors International in October and a Pragmatic Marketing Certified certification from Pragmatic Marketing in August.
