Khawaja Shams

Khawaja Shams is the Co-Founder & CEO at Momento. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Engineering at AWS Elemental, a subsidiary of Amazon Web Services. Khawaja has also held positions as Head of Engineering for NoSQL at Amazon Web Services and Manager of Data Services at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory.

Khawaja Shams graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science from UC San Diego. Khawaja then went on to earn their M.Eng in Computer Science from Cornell University. Khawaja is currently a PhD candidate in Robotics at the University of Southern California.
