Heidi Smith

Heidi Smith currently serves as a Talent Acquisition professional at Motive, focusing on GTM and Sales roles including Solutions Engineers for Enterprise and Strategic. Previously, Heidi held several positions at Splunk, ultimately as a Principal Recruiter, where over 1,200 positions in sales and GTM were successfully filled. As one of the initial GTM/Sales recruiters, Heidi played a significant role in establishing new teams and internship cohorts while leading recruitment efforts, especially within the Public Sector. Prior experience includes positions at Salesforce.com, Google, and TriNet, complemented by a tenure as a Captain in the U.S. Army Reserves. Heidi holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree from Texas State University in Healthcare Human Resources and Psychology, respectively.
