Jocelyn Chen

Jocelyn Chen is a seasoned operations professional with a diverse background in supply chain management and product development. Currently serving as Principal Supply Chain Manager at Motive since 2025, they co-founded BigObject, Inc. in 2014, where they have been transforming data structures to enhance data analysis efficiency. Prior roles include Director of Operations at Navdy and various managerial positions at Oculus VR and Meta, where they played pivotal roles in project management and contract manufacturing. Jocelyn holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from National Taiwan University, which they earned in 2006.
