Joel Rogers

Joel Rogers is an experienced sales leader with a comprehensive background in enterprise sales and account management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Regional Vice President at Motive since June 2017, Joel has held various roles, including Enterprise Sales Director and Senior Enterprise Account Executive, focusing on technology products for the trucking industry. Prior to Motive, experience includes positions at EROAD, ADP, AppFolio Inc., Xerox Corporation, and Keller Williams, where Joel developed expertise in sales strategy, client relationship management, and operational expansion. Joel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication with a minor in Business from San Jose State University.
