Maham Farooqi

Maham Farooqi currently serves as a Senior Sales Recruiter at Motive since August 2025. Previously, Maham held positions at INGENIOUS.BUILD, starting as Recruitment Operations Manager - Lead Recruiter, where recruitment strategies for GTM, Product, Engineering, and Finance roles were developed, and a team was mentored to achieve SOC 2 compliance.
