Prahadeesh Giridharan

Prahadeesh Giridharan is an experienced Engineering Manager at Motive since March 2020, overseeing three pods within the Cards engineering division, focusing on Customer Savings, Fraud Mitigation, and Engineering Platform. Previously, Prahadeesh built and managed the Fuel Engineering team at Motive and single-handedly developed backend APIs for the Fleet Manager App. Prior to Motive, Prahadeesh served as SDE3 at Flipkart India, scaling warehouse management systems and optimizing operations, and worked as a consultant at MuseWearables. Additional experience includes co-founding and leading tech initiatives at Wishup and 3dwalk.in, a summer internship at Qualcomm, and contributing to software engineering at Microsoft. Prahadeesh holds a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
