Shane McCauley

Shane McCauley is an experienced leader in People Operations and Compensation, currently serving as VP of People Operations at Motive since May 2020. Prior roles include Consultant at Connery Consulting, Senior Director and Director of People Systems & Analytics at Zume Inc., and Director of Compensation & Analytics at InVision. Shane has also held significant positions at Twitter, Tesla Motors, Google, and Nike, where responsibilities included designing and implementing compensation strategies, managing performance management processes, and optimizing HR tools. Shane holds an M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University and a B.A. in Psychology from Lewis & Clark College.
