Juan de Dios Flores

Juan de Dios Flores is an AOCS Engineer at GomSpace since September 2023. Previously, Juan served as the Lead Electrical, Control and Automation Engineer at Airflight ApS from April 2021 to June 2023, focusing on the development of a test bench and a Flying Crane. Between February 2016 and December 2020, Juan was a Research Assistant and PhD Fellow at Aalborg University, contributing to projects involving ball balancing robots and compliant robotic motion. Additional experience includes roles as a Visiting Research Fellow at Fraunhofer IPA, Research Intern at Aalborg University, Teaching Assistant at U.N.A.M., and a Summer Research Intern at the University of Southern California. Juan holds a Master in Engineering in Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
