Gabriela Parck

Gabriela Parck currently serves as Senior Manager of Training Operations for the Americas at Gong cha Global since March 2022, previously holding the role of Manager of Training & Ops Systems for the Americas. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager at Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers and Goddess and the Baker. Gabriela also worked as a Security Officer at Illinois Protection & Investigation, LLC and held multiple managerial positions at Pure Romance, Starbucks, GameStop, and Target, where responsibilities included managing daily operations, employee scheduling, and customer service. Gabriela has a background in leading teams and coaching employees to promotions, along with a foundational education from Westwood College-Chicago Loop.
