Adam Jones

Adam Jones is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales development and ministry leadership. Currently serving as an Industry Expansion Sales Development Representative at Gong since May 2024, Adam has achieved notable success with three consecutive quarters of over 140% quota attainment and a record for the most SQLs on the Inbound team in October 2024. Prior to this role, Adam was the Executive Pastor of Campus Ministries at South Mountain Community Church for seven years, overseeing key areas such as assimilation and discipleship. Adam also held various pastoral positions at Next Level Church, managing the Salisbury location, and gained early experience in roles at Moody Bible Institute, Nelson's Bus Service, Inc., and Faith Community Church. Adam holds a Master’s Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Concordia University Irvine and a Bachelor of Arts in Youth Ministry from Moody Bible Institute.
