Alexa Matthews

Alexa Matthews has worked in various roles in the field of recruitment. Alexa started their career in 2014 as an IT Staffing Consultant at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, where they worked until 2017. In 2017, they joined HubSpot as an Associate Recruiter and later transitioned to the role of Recruiter and then Senior Recruiter in the Growth Recruiting Team. In these positions, Alexa managed the full-cycle recruiting and hiring processes for various departments, including Customer Success, Professional Services, and Enablement. Alexa also played a key role in scaling the teams both in-office and remotely to support the company's growth to over 5,000 employees globally. Alexa worked at HubSpot until their departure in 2021. Alexa is currently employed as a Senior Recruiter at Gong.

Alexa Matthews began their education at Saint Joseph's University in 2009 and graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Their field of study was International Business. In 2011, they briefly attended John Cabot University in Rome, Italy, where they further explored their interest in International Business. However, no degree was obtained during their time at John Cabot University.
