Michal Damati-Paz

Michal Damati-Paz has a diverse work experience spanning over the years. Michal is currently serving as the Head of Engineering Operations at Gong since December 2021. Prior to that, they held various positions at NICE Ltd, including Director of R&D Operations from January 2019 to November 2021, Director of Delivery and Compliance from June 2015 to January 2019, Director of Strategic Initiatives from July 2012 to June 2015, and Head of Corporate Quality & Customer Satisfaction from November 2010 to July 2012.

Before joining NICE Ltd, Michal worked at Amdocs for several years, where they served as Scoping Line Director from November 2009 to November 2010, Global Quality Management Director from 2004 to November 2009, and Organization & Methods Manager from 2002 to 2004.

Michal began their career at Pilat, where they worked as a Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Branch Manager from 1996 to 2002.

Michal Damati-Paz has a BSc in Industrial Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Michal also holds an MBA in Marketing from Tel Aviv University.
