Noa Tzafrir Erlich

Noa Tzafrir Erlich is a Senior Talent Sourcer at Gong since October 2025, with prior experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Minute Media from April to October 2025, which ended due to a hiring freeze. Before Minute Media, Noa served as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Melio from January 2022 to March 2025 and worked in the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel in various roles, including Operations Specialist and Project Manager from September 2017 to October 2021. Noa holds a Master of Arts in Executive Program Middle Eastern Studies from Tel Aviv University (2020-2021) and a Bachelor of Arts in Islamic and Middle Eastern Studies from the same institution (2017-2019).
