Sahil Vasudev

Sahil Vasudev has a diverse work experience. Sahil currently works at Gong as a Senior Technical Support II Engineer, where they utilize the Gong Revenue Intelligence Platform™ to capture and analyze customer interactions, providing valuable insights to revenue and go-to-market teams. Sahil previously worked as a Technical Support Engineer II at Gong.

Prior to joining Gong, Sahil worked at Apple in various roles. Sahil was a Genius, providing technical assistance to customers, and also served as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer Intern. Sahil worked as an Applecare Home Advisor, assisting customers with their queries. Sahil also held administrative positions as a Genius Admin, both full-time and part-time. Additionally, Sahil worked as a Specialist at Apple.

Before joining Apple, Sahil worked at Nalley BMW as a BMW Genius "Product Specialist", where they greeted and assisted customers, determined their vehicle needs, and delivered new vehicles to customers. Sahil also worked as a Valet Attendant at Nalley BMW.

Sahil Vasudev completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Analytics from the Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business. Sahil pursued this degree from 2021 to 2023.

Prior to their MBA, Sahil attended Georgia Gwinnett College from 2012 to 2017. During this time, they earned a bachelor's degree with a major in General Biology and a minor in IT.

In addition to their formal education, Sahil obtained several certifications. In March 2023, they received the Program Manager Launch Certification from Gong. In September 2019, they became an Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT) and an Apple Certified iOS Technician (ACiT). Sahil also obtained the Microsoft Technology Associate for Networking Fundamentals certification from Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business in November 2016.
